Use and dose
1 tablet per day. Preferably take the tablet in the evening, with enough water, for an optimal effect
Precautions
2'-Fucosyllactose is derived from lactose <2%. Do not exceed recommended daily allowance of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG*) of 800 mg. Do not combine the same day with other products containing green tea or 2'-fucosyllactose. Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation and in children under 18 years.
